It's 16th of Jan and it's quite sweet tt I m still receiving presents till now... and those who still owe me u got tt hint la? Heehee... no la, I m seriously kiddin... I got a very special 20th birthday this year... A year which I feel tt I can't live w/o friends, coz they r so good to me... If anyone were to ask me what is the thing tt u r proud of urself? I would say having & meeting GOOD FRIENDS from diff stages of my life... First to comment, will be my bunch of si dang-- e 7 years of friendship wif the lameiest but yet closest ppl on earth... Although it was a short gathering and onli some turned up, I m already contented coz I understand some are chionging projects esp those last yr in poly, and some r too sick to come... Those whu couldn't turn up tt day, 'compensated' me TODAY!! so I guess I m really fortunate!! We went vivo today, dine at a HK restaurant and I m quite surprised tt Chris came coz she said she wasn't coming at first... I m glad tt she did come coz she told me after tt tt she's quite hesistant initially abt joining us after so long of separation wif the grp... I m glad tt she had taken a step forward and it does paid off coz we did have a great time together... Friends should be frank and I really appreciated her move... thanks gal!! Window shopping was our nx activity hahas... clothes were really cheap now... discounts everywhere!! I bought a top at 19.90 which was 34 at first...

On e 9th, I had lect from 10 to 12pm...After e dreadful lect, Huiru suggested tt we go k... I noe what's happening though.. hahas but I m quite hesistant coz some of them dun really love singing like we do... but they dun mind =) I noe they are giving in to me coz it's my day.. -touched- Not only tt, they tricked me into buying my own present lo... lol!! They asked my opinion on a bag, saying tt huiru's buying a new bag for herself... so I said, 'this one ba... pinky.. suits u!!' Den Hwei Ying pulled me to e toilet, I was dumb enuff to say, 'okay, i also wan to go!!' I reacted quite weirdly when they passed me the bag saying tt actually the bag's for u... it's ur b-dae present.. hahas...so SURPRISE can?! They really caught me unaware and give me a shock... but really sweet after recovering from e slight shock. I didn't expect them to be so high when singing... we have photo-shooting sessions hahas... damn embarrassed when the k-box ppl keep coming in to clear the plates... we were all standing & jumping... those holding mikes were walking abt as if we are having our own mini concert... FUN!! though we onli know each other for merely half a yr, but it's a fact tt we r getting closer... UNI ROCKS!!!

After bidding farewell, bearing the pain tt's caused by wearing 'semi-high' heels, I went to meet my JC friends... I was told tt we are going mind's cafe e week before. As usual, I was e latest to reach...but luckily it was quite near... We started chatting and den have dinner while playing board games at e same time... Mind's better than settlers' coz e games are newer and well-maintained... we took pics also... It's was a good ending for my b-dae, and I reached home ard 11.45pm, juz in time to cut my cake... Another 15 mins will be my mum's b-dae, but as usual, we celebrated our b-daes together... yups, mine's on e 9th, my mum's on the 10th... COOL RITE?! Cheers!!

Juz had a small misunderstanding wif my bestie recently... but I hv to say it's really over and I'm glad tt we hv all grown up... hahas, it's not easy coz it has been 7-8 years of friendship and I really dun wanna let it go away juz like tt... EYE SWOLLEN!!! Spoil my whole weekend mood!! Luckily I m not having prelims... otherwise, I dun think I can survive, coz it's really painful!! I CAN BEARLY SEE ANYTHING NOW WITH MY LEFT EYE. I guess it's the result of sleeping REALLY late at night and eating fried stuff lately. Tat's wat ppl usually would say-- asking for trouble (Big HA)

Oh no.. this coming week will be a draggy one for me and I wish that it nv comes mans... coz it's odd week & that means I will be having Sociology tutorial!! Tat tutorial is hell!! No preparations, no worksheet, nothing. If u r an eloquent speaker, den good for u.. coz i m not!! He wants more than just merely answering his questions. He wants U to elaborate as if u are writing an essay mans!! Futhermore, e ppl in my tutorial class (besides my gang who are currently in the same situation as me).. hohoho... I feel like slapping them!

Her 'daring' dressing which is a total MIS-MATCH to her figure and her actions (sorry but tat's wat everybody's saying), and u noe wat, I muz be damn sway lately... coz she's in the same PFM tutorial as me!! Wat luck u tell me?! Typical AA!!

hahas, hui min, I didn't noe u dislike her too!! We were waiting for lift at the second floor WHEN she walked past us... Hui min & I, we practically say ''SHIT'' at the same time. Tat's quite funny coz we didn't leak out any detest abt her before and I m just so surprise as she is also, tat we looked at each other amazingly. Hahas, we should have filmed tat 'historical moment'.. Hahas...coz we knew at tat right moment tat she will be in our tutorial class as practically those who ARE still in sch at this hour will be our tut mates. SWAY!! Hahas, there was mere 'AWWW' when she stepped into the room.. Imagine the power she possessed!! She's got the POWER!!

I tink i should stop criticizing coz it's sinful... maybe that's the cause of my swollen eye... Hahas...
But I have to say i m quite stressful lately... Partly becoz of the stupid forum... need to post ques and ans other ppl's ques.. U will be awarded with points and tat's 10% of ur final result... There will always be the same old ppl flooding the whole forum... I can memorize their names le (big HA) Should call their names during lectures to see who they are!! and ask them to spare some tots for others who have not post anything yet!! Uni life is juz so fascinating as there will be many unsuspected things tat will be coming ahead!! Hahas.. juz tat u wun noe how they are going to affect ur life tat's all...

Hahas.. call me a sua ku!! coz I jux noe that i can upload photos for my blog w/o using a software!! Heehee x) This photo was taken out of boredom, in between our LONG break of 4 hours!! Heavy, bulky BUT big screen!! can't compare la... okays.. these are my uni friends (still got one more person) 6 in total... next to me is Sin May, my ex-colleague (CPF job) she got appeal into my course and this is called fate!! hahas... I noe her in Freshmen Orientation Camp... when we play this silly game 'blow-wind-blow', She was sitting nx to me.. Den we started chatting and got really excited when we noe tt we are in e same course!! PFM!! (coz we are e minority grp ya) Right in the middle is Stef... She's my secondary 3 & 4 classmate... Tink i better not touch any appliances from now on... it's seemed like my laptop is in a hopeless state now... previously was my mp3, now my laptop... even when i use my bro's laptop, it suddenly hang... i realli 'dai sai'.. hahas...

So... -headache- should i get another one? since this one's giving me so much problems?! but it's not cheap lo... plus the repair fee... it's like not worth it... however, in the long run... it may be even more problematic?? my com's down again jux 2 weeks after repair!! WTH.. it's not as if the com is under warranty or wat lo, i PAID for ur SERVICES!! hello?! and now u tell me my com's down again?? -freakingly annoyed-

Yup u might hav guessed it.... I m using my bro's laptop now.. hahas... he's sleeping like a pig!! A SNORING PIG to be exact.. lol X) I miss my com la!! my shao gong still inside.. i hope she didn't re-format the whole thing... (finger-crossed) if not i will kill her!!

I m glad tat my QET is finally over!! Phew... i didn't want to admit it but hahas... i did prepare for e test... but somehow last-min... one week preparation (start reading newspapers , flipping thru previous news articles, reading file...) realli v long nv write essay le... i was quite surprised tat i actually couldn't spell some words... not after further confirmation... hahas... but i like the feeling of preparing for a test... esp after a long break from books!! i m fully charged and ready for sch now!! hahas... the test was not really bad... no bad or good feeling... it's not like maths which u can roughly gauge how u flair the test... English, unfortunately, depends on the examiner... well, it's over and hope i can pass!! NO ENG MODULES PLS!! but even if i...-touchwood-, it's also okay la... i can also brush up my language skills so as to prepare me for my future presentaions and written reports... -it's not tat bad afterall-

SAT was real fun!! As usual i had to give tuition in the afternoon... but i met up with my AJ class for K-sessions at night!! hahas... we sang 'Forever Love' towards the end and we realli sound like a choir.. ter was saying coz some out of tune (accompliment), some main steady voice (on the pitch) some low (e army guys) some high (the gals)... so tat makes a good choir!! hahas... lolx... everyone's so enthu tat night and i was damn happy and enjoyin myself to the fullest!! coz it's the first time so many ppl turned up compared to the previous 'pathetic 5' of us...

MORE FUN!! on SUN!! coz me and my x-horizon jie-meis celebrated kam's brain-day at Sentosa... Sun-tan, wade/soaked in salty seawater, play with e $5 ball with 'world-cup' printed on it... I made some koniyaku jellies tat day.. hahas... seems like they like e jellies i made!! -h@ppy shalala- we even took photos... taken by professional photographers on the island!! though it's quite dear but they turned out to be astonishing G-O-O-D!! We are quite lame tat day.. wat brain above skull la... below skull la.. quotations from whoever's mum la... housewives instead of houseflies la... Den we went Settler's Place.. e one at clarke quay... played many games... and gosh we were realli noisy!! -banged e table, shout for 'pitt', esp e animal game.. lame and silly... hahas.. Well, the whole day was tired but replete with laughters and tears (me)... hahas... coz i usually laughed until i cry ma... heehee X)

i suddenly feel tat i m such a failure as a friend... not to even mention being e 'lao da' of the grp.... i m juz not fit to be.... our x-horizon started with 10 ppl... slowly it became 9... den it started to shrink again... and e usual hangout ppl will be me, mel, yvo, sook, ah kam.... YES.. i have to say our friendships' still strong... but juz among the few of us... how abt the rest?? 7 years... 7 years have passed... and it's really not easy, coz we all have our own friends... but sometimes is the effort u noe? If u at least show some effort in coming for e gatherings, we will still be 10... or 9 at least... forget abt the numbers... it's not abt the shrinking no. tt i m sad abt... e thing tat makes me feel really really bad and guilty is tat i m not there to help or at least share her burden when she's pleading so badly for help and accompany... haven been contacting her for years after graduation... we still meet during birthday gatherings.. but lately it seems like we are back to the 4,5,6 again... WHY?? tink it's my fault... i didn't make an effort to call them up.... at least noe how they are... hahas... SADDED... it's only yesterday tat i learnt tat she's unhappy... really figure the whole situation ONLY after reading her blog... I M SUCH A FAILURE... not fit to be a friend at all!! We used to be very very good friends during our secondary sch days, but now... totally drifted apart...GUYS, we alwaes think tat they are e ones not turning up and thus, it's not our fault tat we stopped contacting each other... but maybe we have not been initiative enuff?! Hohoho... it's 1 plus... still so energetic like ever.. after this, i shall return to my vcd world once again.. wahahas... my dark eye rings are out again...well, i m jobless =( -sighz- but hahas... really enjoying life to the fullest now... sleep, eat, watch TV, and most imptly, I FEEL GOOD coz i got my salary FINALLY!!! hahs, it really makes a difference as this money is 100% urs!! High pay, Light workload, Tip-top benefits and privileges... DOWNRIGHT LUCKY ME!!! Anyways, I dun intend to find another job... I planned to rest till school starts... meanwhile can give 100% committment to the CC also...

Seems like the lady luck is leaving me coz my laptop is down again!!! and can u believe it?! The so-called diagnosis thingy cost me 120 bucks!! And that's not all... Later the person called up to say tat my laptop needs to send for repair and another 500 plus... Should go study computing instead... One com can drive u so much cash... -angry-

Today's my last day working at cathay cineplexes... -sad-... i almost cry when i passed them their presents!! I was too surprised by my overwhelming emotions... Out of my 3 jobs, this is definitely the best and most memorable one.. And i will never forget Benny, my manager... Mat who's like my 2nd manager, my beloved Uncle who's forever so blur ( 16 Blocks => 16 flats, The Omen => The Old Man, Damansara => Daimaru, She's the man => she's the one) LOLx... hahs.. they always say uncle very style... I m really enjoying every bit of my days there!! They treated me like their own family members... really feel the love and care from them lo... think if in future i m given the chance, i will go there for internship.. hahas... I WILL MISS U GUYS!! My manager so good lo.. He says he can still get me free tixs in future, juz sms him or email him... awww... hahas, think i forgot to mention one more person.. tat will be georgie... hahs.. i will miss him too, i guess.... (hahas.. he juz walk past me... juz came back from lunch ba.. now is like 3.05 pm?!)

Well, he's really cute and 'gorgeous'... hahas, no la... 'pretty' handsome i hv to say... too bad he's quite old.. ard 26-27, my bro's age... though everyone thinks tat he's a bit cc, but he still hv the looks and heart wat... u ppl jealous ar?? Duh... Hahas... Finally I've found some time to blog...my office's empty now. My manager has left to catch a flight to KL...Hahas....Anyways, I 've been wanting to do this ever since last Sat...

Argh!!!!!!! Last Sat was really HIGH!! I'm glad I went for both the events... I just love being a Singaporean... noe why?! hahas... It's a bit off track though... becoz 5566 only had events right here in S'pore and not KL... THEY PREFER US TO OUR NEIGHBOURS!! First I have to apologise to the ppl sitting in front of me at the concert.. hahas.. hope ur eardrums are fine!!! Actually I felt this convention thingy is a real dumb idea, it's not a concert... neither it's a variety show.. den why on earth did they invite them? And the weirdest of all is tat they were the only foreign singers... the rest were locals... worst still, dong fang bili was in one of them... At least Taufik can sing... In fact he sings very well...

I was quite worried at first.. coz tickets were not for sale and it's pretty hard for us to get the tickets to e concert...so I tot the response would be very poor... den there wun be fans ard to cheer for them.. hahs... but it turned out to be my own imagination...On that very day, I was stunned by the deafening scream when the host said 'taiwan'... mind u, not even their names yet... it's like stereo sound.. hahas... i could really hear the whole indoor stadium roar... I m realli touched as it juz shows tat 56 fans really have their own ways in getting the tickets... I noe i teared at tat very moment... (yeah u're right, i think i m crazy too)...

They were the last to appear on stage and they sang 8 SONGS in total, while others sang only 4!! I have to say all the fans were very cooperative tat day... simply at every spot u can see ppl swaying theirs hands; moving to the music and singing aloud... i guess i would be damn happy if i were the singers onstage... imagine u see light-sticks everywhere, swaying to the music; imagine u hear voices singing in unison... and tat's ur own song... think i will be really touched...

Did i mention tat i went for the autograph session too?! hahas... i shall not say any further... e rest i will keep it within myself to enjoy.. hahas... 3 cheers for Sat 20 may 2006!!

Hi pple!! DUN watch Election 2!! U hear me?? It sucks, realli... I 've never seen such lousy ending before... If it's not becoz of Louis Koo, I wouldn't even want to watch tat movie!! The whole movie is quite gross, pretty bloody, and full of brutality. Tat's pretty clear why e movie is rated M18?! Hmmm... yesterday juz rent MI: 2... What a big contrast!! It's super duper N-I-C-E!! Tom Cruise... OMG... the moment I saw him, my heart started to melt!! He's juz so handsome... Can't believe he's 44 this year!! No wonder Katie Holmes fall for him despite their age gap... So now I m ready to watch MI:3.. heard it's not as good but i feel it's still worth watching... at least I can guarantee it's gonna be nicer than e one above... hahas.. So far I've watched The Wild, When A Stranger Calls, Aquamarine, The Art Of Seduction and Election 2... The Wild is funny, but not as nice as Madagascar. I like the Koala Bear, Nigel... very comical.." I'm cuddley, I luv U... I'm cuddley, I luv U" hahas... When A Stranger Calls was so-so.. the plot was quite predictible, except for some 'shocking' scenes... like the baloon suddenly burst, the door suddenly slammed....dah dah dah...e sound effect v powerful sia... Aquamarine is a very teenage movie... there's plot but too common le.. It surely was a comedy.. I laughed really loudly tat day!! The Art of Seduction was quite nice!! I luv the storyline but too bad the ending a bit too rush.. It's PG not R21.. (in case some of u are wondering) Election 2-- one word 'disappointed'...
I m looking forward to watching Da Vinci Code, MI:3 and Over The Hedge-- so cute lo e... i like verne the tortoise!!

Well... at this point of time... i really feel tat i m a lucky person... hahas, but i too believe tat luck is never everlasting... First and foremost, i got the coolest and most enjoyable job i've ever had. I get to work with my best buddy and friends, get to work in an office with my very own table, own computer and very own password...(hahas... tat's wat i realli yearn for) But the coolest of all is tat i get to watch free movies!! E screenings, latest movies... all tat were once 'an alien' to me have now become so familar!! Gosh, i have to admit tat i m not a movie freak, in fact i dun go cinemas often as e movie tixs are real ex!!... i would rather rent movies to watch lo.... As u can see, I used to be alienated from the movie world, noeing nothing abt them... ignorant abt the latest movies released.. hahas... but now they are at my 'finger tips'!! Another lucky thing is tat i got into the course i wanted and i have to say, e waiting period for confirmation is a real TORTURE. First u dun noe if e course u chose is 'supposingly' the right choice; also u dun noe if u manage to get into ur desire choice anot... Frankly speaking, i dun reali like this moment lo...

hahas.. my friends' complaining tat i hv not been blogging and whenever i blog it would be 5566.. hahas... pai seh lo... i didn't noe u all will read my blog ma...
okay la... update a bit on myself.. prelims' over but i see a giant shadow in front of me !! Mr A levels!! (not funny) well... this few weeks have been quite 'FUN'.. staying in sch till sunset and i reached home ard 7 plus yesterday la!!... but i m so proud of myself for finishing e whole maths paper... hahas... thanks to ms casey goh... i suddenly feel enlightened... it's juz like grabbing a float juz on time when initially i m still drifting in the sea with no directions.. though this period of time may be tough, but i have a friend who tells me tat we will be tougher than them! yea! go ppl! WE ARE TOUGHER, FEAR NOT!! we will win win win !! hahas.. i love maths, i love econs, i love case study, i love gp, i love chem... keep chanting and u find urself in hougang resort!

one more mth.... after tat i will rent at least 14 drama series and have a movie marathon!! anyone who's interested can come join me... i plan to buy lots of tibits and my favourite fruit juice (orange juice) den on air-con, stay in my room for e whole week!! hahs... do not disturb!! i will start with HK series, i have a few on mind... den it would be taiwan series, den lastly some movies!!! oh.... can't wait can't wait!!

Well, i haven't been blogging since May till now.. today, suddenly feel the urge to write something, esp after watching an interview with renfu alone not e whole grp(5566)... okay i noe u guys must be rolling urs eyes now, but let me continue k? hahas.. actually many friends of mine have been asking me the same ques as to why i like 5566 alot?! well, they may be expecting some remarks like "coz they are vvvvvvv handsome and cute!" BUT i would always say i like their songs, their voices v nice...blah blah blah... one thing i hv to admit is tat they dun look like idols; they dun have the X FACTOR which everyone tot an idol should hold.. in the past, i hv been trying to make everyone regconise them, but i realise e more i insist e more negative remarks i receive..(they are so ugly, how on earth did they become an artiste for e.g.) hahas.. they may be joking though... tat's how i console myself... like in my clique, sad to say, whenever i tried talking something abt them, they will deliberately put a wet blanket over me!! but the funny thing is that when i finally stop, (coz i noe my friends aren't interested) they suddenly bring it out again... hahas.. sometimes i begin to ques myself wat is tat they attracted me in the first place? being surrounded with cold remarks abt them had made myself confused sometimes too... wat i can conclude is tat JC ppl dun have an idol... well this is a very personal stuff.. some ppl may think tat it's a complete waste of time, hahas, to some extent it is true... but this is when prioritise sets in.. hahs... qim rite?

This is wat i told myself, tat it must not interfere my studies... for instant if i have to choose, studies will still come first.... this really needs alot of discipline mans.. i swear... hahas... (tat's wat they appeal the fans to do too!) STUDIES COME 1ST! sometimes it's juz so amazing... i dun noe abt the rest, but they hve definitely become a form of motivation for my cousin and i when it comes to exams... hahs... may sound silly to some...hahas.. anyways, wat i m trying to say is that u must noe where's the limit towards having an idol... of course not to the extreme like buying everything tat have their tiny, minute faces on it or hire a taxi and chase after them... this is wat i called STUPID.... really a waste of time...

today, after watching e interview, i feel tat i m one step closer towards noeing more abt them... and i almost cried..(i actually did).. coz it is not easy for them to pull through these 3 years and of course there are some rumours saying tat there are disputes among themselves.. esp xiezhi and renfu... mengzhe involve in a fight blah blah blah... hahas... from the interview, wat i can say is tat, renfu has changed a lot.... frm a hot-tempered boy to a mature, and "others before self" thoughtful young man... not only did he explain, trying to 'dissolve' the matter, but also had shown his passionate feelings for the grp... he juz seem so natural not even a trace of evidence tat 'he may not be stating the truth'... he had won e trust and support from e audience definitely... including me... (wat do u think e tears in my eyes mean? hello?!) hahas.. i believe it's the rumours tat had made them more united as a grp... and watever it is, my support for them will never end... i promise.... =) Gambette~!!!

omg.. can't believe i cried so badly... haha... the korean movie "the way home" is so damn touching... i can't control my tears man... argh.. the old lady so poor thing... living alone in the rural village. Den one day this city boy was forced to stay wif her... He kept on ill-treating her; make nasty remarks... den the grandmother is forever so forgiving... she alwaes give in but somehow the grandson didn't appreciate.. the way i see him treat the grandma i really feel sorry for her... and feel like slapping the boy cans?! so sad!!! make me cry.. boo hoo...

Finally have time to blog... hv been playing all day long since sch close... feel kind of guilty la, all my homework not done, revision is even out of the question lo....but i love my this dec holi!!! Although no long trips like last year to China, I feel equally happy to be in Singapore!! I hv been watching as usual my vcds rent from auntie Chris.... got a list of them. Hmmm.....let me recall: zhuang qiu xiao zi (play pool one.. if like to play pool one, may like e show), xin niang shi ba sui (my fav!! MUZ WATCH!! korean series!! so funny!! I luv the ah-jo-shi in e show), ai shang qian jin mei mei ( download from internet one...hurhurhur), zi jin zhi dian( 5566 and Kone....about street dance...not bad la), ai zai ri guang li (korean one also.. romantic), goodbye girl( quite ok la..)

Apart from my vcds, I go k box quite often too.... and e highlights!!! I went for e 5566 2005 calender autograph session... woo~~renfu!! did u all see him on TV that night?! at the Star Awards?! --hahas-- very cute right?? but he looks better in e suit he wore during e autograph session... e one he wore at night makes him look so old... but mature la!! --heeheez-- it's a pity i didn't go for the concert on 11 dec... but no $$ lo... i feel so happie whenever i see tat calendar on my desk lo.... it reminds me of tat day... make alot of friends, have eye contact with zax and alot more la.... i shall nv 4get!!! --hahas--

This few days alwaes play mahjong with grandma at my auntie's place... we 'checked in' on mon night... did nothin but mahjong.... makes me feel like a mahjong tour... funny thing is... our grandmother nv seems to be tired one lo... she can play from morning till night and sometimes midnight lo.. dun noe is zit becoz she lost track of time or wat.... or her passion for these tiles is way too far frm wat we expected?!--hahas-- but me also enjoy my stay there... eat, sleep, sing, play mahjong.... very carefree... oh yeah.. we played BINGO too!!! my cousin bought e BINGO set frm carrefour... $16++.. SO damn COOL!!! den we follow e guy at e club.... for example: e number 88, he read it as 'two sexy ladies', '34 shut e door', '55, CPF club', '5, GST' la... blah blah blah... quite fun...

Today's Geng's bdae... and abunch of us celebrated her bdae at sentosa... it was so FUN!!! we waded through e water initially where e water level was still below my knees... until e stupid sook la... started splashing water on me... and OMG, e water is so DAMN SALTLY... it's terrible if e water gets into ur eyes... u will feel as if needles are poking ur eyes... yucks man!! and guess wat?! Being one out of e two who can swim, e day has then became a swimming lesson for most of them... haha... in e end, me and qia left e rest who r still struggling at e shore.. and we swam over to the other side of e palawan beach... it's not tat far though, but still veri tiring... we even swam to e platform in e middle of e waters to kind of dry ourselves, chat la and of course, sing our favourite songs... after bathing, we started eating e food we bought... (it's supposed to be pot luck) I 've made potato salad... my veri first time making tis lo... and they seems to like it veri much... makes me feel so proud of myself!!! --blush-- haha.. (mel's gonna diao me if she sees this) (-_")

we spent e rest of e day taking photos, exploring, eating ice-cream, playing ball games... so duo zi duo cai lo... we realli spent our time to e fullest... e whole place was packed with ppl coz it's public holidae mahz... e musical fountain was so so so crowded lohz... we had to squeeze our way through.... in e end, after e show, we decided to walk to harbour front instead of squeezing bus.. so there we go, e 7 of us... walk in a row, one by one... e night scenery was so beautiful.. and whenever a bus drive past us, we stopped and wooo~~~.... sounds silly but it's fun!! --sighz-- time flies realli fast, i realli enjoy myself veri much.... x-horizon rox lots!!!!

hurray!! today's real fun man!! i shall nv forget today!! there seems to be a drastic change...--my feelings-- at e beginning of e day, i was like so sian... kept on whining: why have to come to sch?! attend wat stupid CDP... --Sighz-- den realised tat there will be games throughout e day.. juz when i felt alittle better, my tiny bit of happiness was drained away after learning tat e whole thingy will last until 6 pm!! WAHHH.. feel like going home... after e draggy talk, we had lunch.. --nothin special-- after tat was games. Short notice man!! didn't noe 5566 coming to Singapore until my cousin told me so... --shocked-- and --excited-- haha.. so having past experience le, we decided to go there early so tat e queue will not be veri long.. and o yea, e venue was at IMM lo... so near... e more i should go rite?? (^_^) reach there ard 9 plus and realised tat e queue was so short... i was like huh?? --impossible-- after tat we discovered tat this autograph session is only for e concert one... they will only sign e concert posters... --sadded-- no concert tickets => no poster => no chance to meet them face to face... --wahhhhh-- wan to cry arh... (@_@) we tried calling everyone, hoping tat some wil have e posters..( though i noe its unlikely lo) We even tried contacting HOUSE OF STARS and dun noe wat club one la... they all sae sold out.. feel so helpless lo... den we decided to give up queuing and started finding an ideal spot to see 5566 on stage... nv regret making this move.. though we did not manage to get their autograph... but at least i have managed to capture some super duper photos.. got one ren fu seems to be looking into my camera lo... --so damn happie-- it's bu xing zhong de da xing.. they all turned up except xiao dao (as usual) and OMG, they all so gd-looking lo.. esp haha... lalala... but i dun realli like meng zhe's new hair style... it's like SHIT lo... can tell he faced a lot of stress ever since tat unpleasant incident had occurred.. he look so qiao cui now.. no matter wat happens, i think all e fans will still support him one la... though i m not his biggest fan si but i can tell he feels guilty for beating up e reporter.. but he shouldn't be blame totally, coz e stupid reporter did provoke him by threatening him... of course how true is e news report??.. we dun noe... nevertheless.. the fact tat 5566 had apologised through media has proven to me tat i have supported e right grp and i will alwaes support them until there's no more 5566.. anyway, i m looking forward to their concert next year...

Today juz received a call frm my aunt... BAD NEWS... My uncle in Malaysia collapsed suddenly at home and he was rushed to the hospital i think... juz hope tat he's okay... a little background of my family tree... my maternal grandparents have 5 children: 4 girls, 1 boy. Coincidentally, my paternal grandparents have also 5 children but 4 boys and 1 girl... so qiao rite?? haha... my mother's side de eldest aunt married a Malaysian, tat's why she's there now.. tat also explains why my angpao money so little la!! so when we go Genting or anywhere in Malaysia, we surely go visit them and they will ALWAES bring us go eat our favourite ANG PANG yong tau foo... hmmmm... yummy!! --saliva drooling-- haizz... my uncle is a very nice person... he has a veri dark complexion... and i'll nv forget the only white area i spotted on him was at his wrist... e place where he wears his watch... got e shape of the watch lo... realli realli hope he's okay... at this point of time, my house telephone has been ringing and ringing and still ringing... can see everyone is worried.. --sighz-- pray tat he will regain consciousness soon... wish tat next time i visit him again, he will be fit and healthy... may god bless my beloved uncle....

Exams?! PW?! Stress?!

*Phew*---- exams are finally over. Hmm, but e feeling is not right... there's no sense of happiness in me; not even a bit of excitement. And e funny thing is--- everybody seems to be as worried as me.... is it some kind of torture or wat?? --dun understand-- so wat if u put in a lot of effort in preparing for e promos? so wat if u started earlier than others? it juz dun seem to work tat way... my results is like no As, Bs, all falls under C-E range... -sighz- can u imagine?? everyone is like worrying whether they can be promoted and this is never the case in secondary school.. but why? --dun understand--

And juz when we r brooding over our *shitty* results, we were told that miss winnie tan is not following us up to JC2... we were like "huh??"... again?? it's not e first time that we have to change a PD tutor... and it alwaes happens to be the one who has e "strongest bond" wif e class to leave.... initially, miss tengara and now miss tan.... those that e class hate most seems to be sticking to our class like superglue!! wat is this?! --really dun understand--

today's really a bad day... Ng went for re-service, so Yap is our relief teacher.. and today we r suppose to hand in Written report and diskette... and few days ago, Ng rang me up to inform me to collect all e grps' WR and diskette and pass them all to Yap on thurs (today la) during the first period... he re-confirm the time and date... think he's afraid tat i'll forget... at tat pt of time, i m unaware tat we will be having maths lecture then... so i didn't question Ng abt the time slot he gave us.. frankly speaking, dun noe y we have to hand in on e 1st period when other classes can hand in later?? jess sae maybe he's afraid tat we'll take our own sweet time... esp when he's not ard.. --maybe-- so everyone is like touching up their project outside e staff rm when miss goh walk past us... --so damn sway-- she tot we pon maths lecture lo... and wans us to stop everything and leave immediately... den i told her tat Ng wants us to hand in by e end of 1st period... den she v unhappy... she sae we/he shouldn't use e maths period to collect PW stuff... whatever lo... den maths tutorial tat time continue scolding again... she saes as a teacher, if she were Ng, she will not collect it during lessons time... i feel so upset coz she's accusing Ng lo... i feel so bad coz if tat day i find out earlier tat it clashes with Casey's lesson den i can go ask him ma... den this stupid thing will not happen le.. I m so damn tired and realli sick of studying late into the night... i mean is it worth it?? and poor us still have to wake up so bloodly early for sch e next day. i only noe that as this sickening promos draws nearer and nearer, my stress level proliferate... (wow, wat a word to use) i m like always looking for chances to gasp for some air... juz like now. Haiz, juz finished studying chem energetics and later should be looking thru reaction kinetics, if still not sleepy... erm maybe study organic chem... argh!! chem's like driving me crazy!!! plenty of things to memorize, thousands of concepts to apply.... wah!! i feel like i m dying... no, in fact, i m already DEAD!!! dun ask me when... perhaps since i enter JC ba....

i dun noe why, i suddenly loves blogging... did'nt u notice tat i hv been here quite often?? yeah, i hv actualli found a way to distress--- to type all my feelings esp all unhappiness, juz right here... and trust me, i realli do feel much better after tat... i believe tat we should not bottle up our feelings.. but tat doesn't mean tat we should vent our frustrations on others... haha... i remember during my Os, i hv try several methods to distress.. like shouting into my pillow la, bang on my piano la, do 20 push-ups, skipping, and lastly eat!! haha, e last method hor, i tink not for me, coz after eating, i will automatically feel like sleeping... worse lo!! i believe tat everyone is still awake at this hour, can see frm the opp block tat most lights are on... assuming that they r studying la.. okay i guess i have to go back to my studies... i m more awake now... erm.. jia you!!! ren fu rox! 5566 rox!! dun roll ur eyes, guys!! coz they r my motivation!! hAHa!!

What a wonderful day!!! so shiok.... for e entire week, i will be dismissed at 12.15!!! haha... today's the first time dismiss so early lo.... a bit not used to it but nevertheless I M SO HAPPY!! stay back in sch with chooney.... have lunch... and e chicken cutlet is like **** lo... overfried la... french fries hard like stones lo... can u imagine how bad it was?? then we went to library to mug... saw Chiku Bang... den we join him lo... he look realli stress lo... ok nvm abt him...

we study until ard 2... den i go meet my cousin.... guess where we go?? haha, ORCHARD!!! no la, not shopping la... crazy lo, now wat season?? exam period, der~~!! (rolling my eyes) where got time lo?? we actualli went Far East to "yu gou" 5566 "LOVE" soundtrack.... wooo~~ e cover very e beautiful leh!!! so damn excited...coz i m going to collect it on friday.... after that, we went to eat again....

haha, i m super hungry today lo... we walked to lucky plaza and tried to locate tat restaurant by the name, Rabbit Brand something something.... forgot liao... haha.. we were like squeezing our brain cells; recalling e previous time we came with our parents... Then at last, we decided to go Info counter to ask lo... so funny lo... we remember e name 'rabbit', but like quite uncertain... i mean who will name their own shop rabbit?!..... but haha, reali correct leh... we were like... erm... erm.. okay... finally, we found tat place... wanted to order set B: e abalone set but $7.90... not enuff money la... actualli it is considered as v cheap le lo... but coz now is not parents pay ma... so i chose one $4.90 one.... wah, v delicious!! got chicken, sausage, scallop, and one tiny weeny abalone... plus soup and dessert... Blurghhh... so FULL!!! next time i will try other sets!! ok, have to stop here... coz is dinnertime ... my my, why everytime eat eat eat ar??

Dun noe why.... i ve been veri sickly recently..... and my neck still swollen lo.... hope it will not worsen.... it is during this period of time, that i actualli realised tat i ve such wonderful bunch of friends; they r always there for me.... and of course, my family.... i feel so guilty... they ve spent quite a lot on my medical fees... ppl, dun worry abt me... is only frm "heatiness" => a little feverish => neck a bit swollen la... dun noe is stress or wat... lately, many ppl sick lo... ppl, u all muz also take care of ur health leh... esp those who r taking exams this few mths... if not will end up like me lo.... hO hO hO... hAppi Birthdae!!! Lalala... this is my country, this is my land, this is my future, this is my life, this is my family, this are my friends, we r singapore, singaporeans.... sounds familar?! haha... today's singapore's Bdae!!

Oh NO!!! i m still so DAMN HIGH now!! coz juz came back frm e SFF 2004 concert... it's so so so nice lo... took many videos and photos... of e fireworks...they r juz so beautiful... can hear many 'wows' and 'wahs' around me... managed to snap a few photos.... can see many sparks shooting up the sky which eventually 'opened up' like an umbrella...

and let's go into e highlights of e day.... e concert is veri bang!!! all e songs are belted one after the other and every single one is juz so enjoyable!!! Realli have to thank the Singapore Fireworks Festival pple to invite jungiery over to celebrate such a joyous moment with the Singaporeans... this concert, i can say, is a more than successful one... coz got my beloved 5566 ma... tat's y...e atmosphere became so wild and crazy... haha... they sang quite a number of songs tonite, starting with a fast one 'easy come easy go' and oh my god lo.... their dance performance is so saht!! (means veri good) , followed by some old songs which are ai qing man you and shen hua... next on e list was chuan shuo, the west side story de theme song... 5566 sang together with K one... then is we will rock u and lastly was a new song which is tailored made for Singapore- yin wei ai... Wooo so sweet of them... it is a combined piece by all e stars in jungiery... a rather soothing and pleasant song... it had been sung by 5566 at e NKF charity show... E concert started at 9.40 and ended at around 12 plus after e countdown... Oh yea, heard Toro said that he has become a 'Singaporean'... guess he had migrated to Singapore... don't noe whether is true anot but he don't seem to be lying...Anyway, i m glad tat i had made a trip down and it is definitely not a wasted effort, coz i not only witness such a wonderful concert.. but also a series of beautiful fireworks.... Thanks SINGAPORE!! U r e BEST!!!

LALALA... today is my happy day... I went to Far East this evening and bought alot of stuff... the 5566 piano cum harmonica scores book, 5566 poker cards, and almost bought the watch which i wanted to buy during the concert... but because not enuff money so no choice lo... but i nv regret buying that book coz it's realli worth it man!! Didn't noe 5566 can play harmonica?! maybe they are juz posing for pictures la... but veri certain tat renfu noes how to play piano, i also leh.. (though he juz started learning it) haha...

Oh yeah, i finally have e courage to pierce my ears.... not as painful as i had expected but nevertheless it still hurts... i hope my ears will not swell these few days... haha...Grace,it's ur turn to pierce ur ears... u say if i go u will go... so now that i m done, u should ermz.... heeheez (>.<)...
Hurray!!! thanks to Singapore Fireworks Festival!! 5566 is performing in Singapore together with Toro, R&B and many others... it's free, so if u guys are free do come down to watch... not that i wan u all to see idols but there will be fireworks... i believe that it will be a very very memorable night for me and u and the rest of the Singaporeans.....

What are your views on advertisements?

In today's society, advertisement serves as an effective tool to convey infomation on a particular product or service. It also acts as a form of communication between the sellers and the buyers whereby only through advertising, sellers can promote their products and consumers, on the other hand, upon seeing these advertisements, can decide whether to purchase them. Advertisement has gradually become part and parcel of our lives. We are exposed to them very often, namely on television, radios, newspaper, and even at MRT stations. Advetisement has brought both positive and negative impacts to our society today.

In some cases, advertisement is an annoying hindrance as it often gets on our nerves, distorts the truth and seems to be emphasising on one purpose- to sell. In order to achieve this goal, advertisers are willing to stretch and sometimes use unfair means, in this case, by distorting the truth, to 'lure' customers in buying their product. Not forgetting the slim 10 incident that has then become a controversial issue amongst the Singaporeans. Another disadvantage is that some advertisements can be very misleading. One good example will be beer or car advertisements. Have you ever notice that most or perhaps all such advertisements make use of the female to promote their products? This is because the advertisers know that our society is dominated with sex, sexiness and sex appeal. To them all that matters are selling the product because that means more money in their pockets.

However, it is rather unfair to say that all advertisments are bad as there are some which are healthy and useful. Advertising can be used to create awareness. For instance, Anti drug advertising such as "Say NO to Drugs", and drink driving campaigns are just two examples of how society uses the advertising industry as a means to promote public welfare. Other forms of postive advertising may include those advocating safe sex, thereby considerably slowing the spread of deadly STDs (sexually transmitted diseases) throughout the community.

In general, advertising is used to promote goods, services, images, and anything else that advertisers want to publicise. It is becoming a major part of mass media. Without it, mass media which includes newspaper, television, radios and other kinds of medium would become less vigorous.

Today, i came across a very meaningful email which i would like to share with you all...

A story tells that two friends were walking through the desert. During somepoint of the journey they had an argument, and one friend slapped the other one in the face. The one who got slapped was hurt, but without saying anything, wrote in the sand:

TODAY MY BEST FRIEND SLAPPED ME IN THE FACE.

They kept on walking until they found an oasis, where they decided to take a bath. The one who had been slapped got stuck in the mire and started drowning, but the friend saved him. After he recovered from the neardrowning, he wrote on a stone:

TODAY MY BEST FRIEND SAVED MY LIFE.

The friend who had slapped and saved his best friend asked him, "After I hurt you, you wrote in the sand and now, you write on a stone,why?" The other friend replied "When someone hurts us we should write it down in sand where winds of forgiveness can erase it away. But, when someonedoes something good for us, we must engraveit in stone where no wind can ever erase it.

          I have always believed in treating others the way you want to be treated. It may seem simple but it actually requires a lot of effort to maintain a good relationship with one another. Perhaps, it is this belief that has made me a happy person today. I believe that whenever you help someone, you yourself will feel happy too. It is this special feeling that actually motivates you to care for your beloved ones, be it your parents, friends or even relatives...

          One thing in which I hate most is to be accused wrongly. That's why... in order to prevent such thing from happening, I always like to make things clear to avoid misunderstandings... I think that misunderstandings tend to sour relationships ... But first and foremost, if you treat people in a friendly manner, such unhappy incidents are unlikely to occur...

          I remember someone once told me that in our entire life, we will meet all kinds of people. Hence, treating and dealing with each and every one of them is actually a new form of challenge. I too, agree with the statement. In addition, I feel that it also adds colours, or rather, another meaning to your life...

          Friends come only once in a lifetime, therefore, we should learn to cherish them. So people out there, do treasure your friendships.... and remember that your emotions do affect the people around you.. so be HAPPY!!!

Spidey 2 is so COOL!!! of course la, 5 stars one leh... dun play play... can't deny tat Tobey Maguire looks more man and ham now!!! loves peter parker in e show... especially when he wears spec.... looks like a nerd but (one word) cute!! the movie is a mixture of romance, suspense, and even super-dooper funny scenes like spiderman taking a lift down from e roof-top coz he has no more wat u call... web?! anyway, is e stickey, stickey substance tat allow him to "swing" from one building to another la.. he was being mocked by e man standing next to him...
" nice suit arh?"
" erm.... yeah.."
" where did u get it?"
I was laughing like a mad woman in e cinema coz can see tat spiderman feels veri pai seh... haha.. and den also got one scene veri touchin.. is in e train one... he uses all his energy to prevent e train from crashing until he was so exhausted tat he fainted... fortunately, e train realli stop loh but when spidey was about to fall off frm e train coz he was weak... e ppl reached out their hands to grap him... so touchin rite?? wan to cry.... his identity was exposed coz he wasn't wearing his mask when he was saving e ppl in e train.... when he regain consciousness, he heard gasping and whisperings ....
" oh my... he's juz a kid..."
" my son is even older than him..."
they were all so grateful to spidey but were all stunned when they found out tat he's juz a young man... i was like thinking... wat u all expect?? an old man swinging from one building to another?? spain his back den he noe ar... juz den, a boy approached him...
" i've found something...." it's spidey's mask...he had dropped it when he was fighting with e "doc ock"... Peter Parker was afraid tat his identity would be exposed...den the cute little boy told him tat,
"dun worry, Mr. Spiderman... we will not tell anyone..."
and everybody is like nodding their heads when e stupid doc was juz standin behind loh....haiz, realli is a veri nice movie... if haven watch must go watch k?

yOZ... it's me again!! so happie, juz finish my last paper todae.... now, feel so restless at home...coz 4 e past few days, i have been doing nothin but STUDY.. however, at least i hve sth to do...but now... haiz.(-.-)zz. Opps, it's 2.30 le... wan quan yu le going to start liao... gotta go!!

hI,i m back... glad tat i didn't miss it... super funny... (>.<) todae, renfu very shuai lei... he also dances veri veri well.... so proud of him!! shan wei also,coz he improve alot! can't wait for 8th august to come... heard tat 5566 is coming to town!! gonna go early on tat day, since e admission is free, coz sure alot of ppl... juz like e anti-SARS concert... never regret going there early lo.... we managed to squeeze to e veri front, juz behind the fences... hope tat we can be in front again. Hurray!! me going to watch "zhu zhu ren 2" (spiderman) tml.. haha... juz now renfu also mention about zhu zhu ren.... hmmm... great minds think alike sia?!

yo pple..its my new blog.. Phew,Finally!!! Haha.. 3 cheers to Jo... Thanks a lot!! Fancy us finding & looking every single blogskins... Haiz... juz came back frm Genting, realli dun feel like coming back...coz got to STUDY n DO HOMEWORK!! and i onli left wif merely 2 weeks!! Still have exams when sch reopens..tat's why ppl say JC life sucks, i guess (".) oh... stress!! (>_<) somebody, pls help me!! Well, guess me have to bury my head into tat stack of notes and books frm 2day onwards... okay.. now let me share wif u wat i did up there at Genting.. emph(*clear my throat*)...karaoke everyday, 2hrs..dun WAH.. onli RM8 for 2 long hrs.. wouldn't u go if u were me too?? so together with my cousins,ktv-lovers, we sing our hearts out... we realli enjoy singing loudly like no one else's business except tat e computer a bit lagging la...we were all cursing & swearing at the system, especially my cousin sis (elder)...hehe..dun follow kids.. it's BAD! Believe it or not, i actualli took all the thriller rides at e theme park except for e one tat "shoot" u up e sky and pull u down immediately..those who have visited e place should noe which ride i m refering to la...my greatest achievement is taking "Cockscrew" e roller coaster with 2 loops.. when i felt like "chickening out", i realise tat i m already stuck on the train...so how now... can do nothin liao... but to scream like HELL!!! but trust me, u will have a great sense of achievement after e ride...coz now i m proud to say i have taken cockscrew,my cousin even brag tat e rides in pasir ris theme park are "chicken feet"... erm, come to think of tat... quite true la!!Oh ya, this time round, i've learned something new called express pass there... which enables u to take all rides without having to queue up.. it's realli worth it coz the time u spend to wait can be used for playing more rides.. i remember we have to wait for ard 45 min to board e antique car.. however, u will have to bear with all the glares, stares, curses, when u show ur passes to the person-in-charge.. but WHO CARES.. if u wan can also pay a bit more to purchase this pass wat...pea brains... i guess i will try the space shot next time round...
